By seeking to register with Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited and by playing any of the Games you hereby confirm to Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited that at all such times you -

are located in a jurisdiction in which it is lawful to so register and play the Games;

are acting as principal and not on behalf of anyone else, and

Persons in breach of 3.1 or 3.2 or otherwise in breach of these terms will not be entitled to collect any winnings. FURTHERMORE ANY PERSON WHO IS KNOWINGLY IN BREACH OF 3.1 OR 3.2 IS COMMITTING FRAUD AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

4. Registration

4.1
Following registration we will request a username and PIN (Personal Identification Number) for security purposes. The PIN that you choose must be kept private and secure by you at all times. Failure to do so could lead to unauthorised activities on your account. Transactions made using your account username and PIN are accepted by us on the understanding that you are playing the Games. If an alternative source has accessed your account and we are not informed, we accept no liability for monies or information lost or misused.

7. Your account

7.1
In order to place any wagers on any of the Games, you must open and maintain an account with us.

7.2
Only wagers placed from accounts set up through Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited will be accepted for the Games and any winnings you make on the Games will be credited to your account. You can set up your account by either registering online, contacting customer support or by requesting a game download.

You can make deposits into your account either my accessing the 'Your Account' facility when logged in as a full member on this site or by requesting a mobile phone game that is paid for via your phone bill. You can only register one credit card number with your account and no card can be registered to more than one account. You can only use your card to make deposits in the account with which it has been registered.

In order to make a withdrawal you must be a Full Member. To gain Full Member status you need to login online, click on "Become a Member" and following the upgrade process or you can contact Customer Support. To make a withdrawal you can either access the 'Your Account' facility online or contact Customer Support. Customer Support can only process a cheque withdrawal request.

Charges and proceedings may be brought against you or any other person who has manipulated, or tried to manipulate, our service, any of the Games or your or any other customer's account(s) and we reserve the right to pass on such information as we deem relevant to the relevant authorities if we become aware or suspect that you are involved in any such activities. We are not obliged to inform you of the same, nor to give any reasons for doing so. There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can deposit in your account as follows :-
Deposit by credit or debit card: each separate deposit must be at least £10 and no greater than £1,000 in any 24-hour period. You are not permitted to make more than 5 deposits per day.

In the event that there is a charge back for whatever reason you accept and acknowledge that we will be able to suspend your account indefinitely to enable us to investigate and resolve the matter. During such period any monies due or requested will be withheld.

The balance held in your account will not earn interest in your favour.

You must maintain your account in order to place wagers in any of the Games. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) for any reason, and in any event you are not allowed to place a wager greater than the amount in credit in your account (after taking into account all previous wagers).

You may instruct us to exclude you from participation in the Games on this website by sending us an e-mail to support@loveyourbingo.com with your instructions, or by calling Customer Support or by sending a registered letter to Love Your Bingo Opt Out Facility, Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited, Kington Lodge, Le Grand Val, Alderney GY9 3XD, British Channel Islands. Use of this opt-out facility will result in your account being blocked and Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited will not accept wagers from this account after confirmation that your request has been received. To reactivate your account we will require confirmation from you in writing by fax or email. All requests for self exclusion will be given a seven day “cooling off” period before accounts can be re activated. This period commences following written confirmation that your “cooling off” period has started.

7.9
Subject to the provisions of these terms, you can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance by wire transfer or cheque (subject to the conditions set out below and after taking into account all previous wagers). There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can withdraw from your account. You may only make a maximum of 5 withdrawals from your account in any one 24 hour period. Please note the following conditions: Withdrawal by wire transfer is only available for a United Kingdom bank account: each withdrawal must be at least £10 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and no greater than £10,000 in any 24-hour period. A transfer will only be made to an account in your name and such account must not be at a branch located in any of the jurisdictions referred to at 3.1 above. Wire transfers in excess of £200 will require proof of identity to be provided. Withdrawal by cheque: each withdrawal must be at least £10 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and must be no greater than £10,000 in any 24-hour period. This cheque will be payable to you and not a third party and will be sent to you at the address registered with us. Cheque withdrawals in excess of £200 will require proof of identity to be provided.
If you wish to withdraw less than the minimum amount or more than the maximum amount please contact Customer Services to arrange the withdrawal.

7.10
Subject to the provisions of these terms, when you close your account you will be entitled to the return of all funds in it.

7.11
If, as part of a promotional campaign or competition, we credit an amount to an account registered in your name, you can only use such amounts as wagers for playing the Games.

7.12
To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, you accept that we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand additional documentation in the event of a security check and that we may terminate and/or suspend your registration and/or account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive such documentation. In addition, we will not register you unless you provide us with the correct documentation requested of you in order to verify your identity.

If any of your personal account details or other financial information relevant to your account change, you must inform us immediately, as failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by your financial institution. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions which are declined as a result of incorrect details where you have failed to make us aware of any changes/correct details. 7.14
We reserve the right to terminate the provision of your account and gaming service at any time. In the event of such termination, any winnings in your account will be paid by cheque or other means within 60 days of such termination. Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

7.15
In the normal course of play, players will not be charged to deposit or withdraw funds. However in the event of any suspected misuse of the deposit and withdrawal functionality, Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited reserve the absolute right to charge players a handling fee reflecting the costs of any financial transaction charges incurred as a result of an individuals players misuse of the financial functionality.

7.16
If your account has been inactive for two years, in accordance with the Alderney Gambling Control Commission's guidelines for Unclaimed Account Balances the account will be suspended. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you for which an administrative charge will be applied. If we are unable to contact you, your account will be closed and you will forfeit the funds.

7.17
Any bonus funds awarded may be retrieved if there is no activity on your account for a given period.

8. Licence to Use Software

However, we retain the right to bring legal proceedings in any jurisdiction where we believe that infringement of our intellectual property rights or breach of these terms is taking place or originating. 17.1 Terms and Conditions of New Player Bonuses
17.1.1
From time to time we may offer a bonus to new players called New Player Bonus. The bonus may be a matched deposit bonus, a fixed cash bonus or a hard gift.

17.1.2
The bonus will only be given to players who have agreed to receive the bonus along with the Terms and Conditions.

Once a player has completed their registration, made the first deposit into their account and purchased their first bingo ticket, they will be eligible to receive the New Player Bonus. Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited may from time to time and at its sole discretion apply withdrawal conditions to the New Player Welcome Bonus. Players will be able to withdraw funds from their cash balance (deposits and winnings) at all times, however, if they withdraw their first deposit before they have wagered 3x (the bonus amount x 2), they will forfeit their Bingo Bonus Funds.
e.g. If a player’s initial deposit is £20 and they receive a bonus of £40, their wager requirements will be to bet £240 on Bingo (excluding Mini-Games) before they can withdraw funds without forfeiting their Bingo Bonus Funds.

19 Chat Games

19.1 Chat games are played regularly throughout each day at the CMs’ discretion.

19.2 To join in chat games you must have played paid bingo within the last 12 hours and made a cash deposit within the last 30 days.

19.3 There is a maximum of 5 wins allowed per player per day.

19.4 Chat game prizes are paid in the form of bingo bonus funds or hard gifts.

19.4.1 Bonus fund prizes are credited directly to the winner’s account by the working CM.
