    Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Virtue Fusion Ltd. Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited is licensed to provide interactive betting opportunities under an Internet Gaming Licence issued by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission on 1st September 2007.     3.2 By seeking to register with Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited and by playing any of the Games you hereby confirm to Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited that at all such times you -

    1. are located in a jurisdiction in which it is lawful to so register and play the Games;
    2. are aged 18 years or over;
    3. are acting as principal and not on behalf of anyone else, and
    4. are not an employee of Virtue Fusion Ltd, Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited or any of Virtue Fusion Ltd or Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited's merchants or third party contractors such as licensors, software suppliers or developers.

    3.3 Persons in breach of 3.1 or 3.2 or otherwise in breach of these terms will not be entitled to collect any winnings. FURTHERMORE ANY PERSON WHO IS KNOWINGLY IN BREACH OF 3.1 OR 3.2 IS COMMITTING FRAUD AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

    3.4 You must not play or seek to play any of the Games unless you have registered with Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited or have been specifically granted permission to do so as a guest by Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited.

    3.5 You agree to abide by the rules of each of the Games as published on this website from time to time. Such rules form part of and are incorporated in these terms.

    3.6 You may only place wagers for the Games through this website. Attempts to place wagers through any other medium, including fax or post, will not be accepted

    3.7 You hereby confirm to Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited that all information provided to Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited in your registration and in connection with your account and all personal information provided subsequently to Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited is complete, accurate and not misleading and you agree to inform Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited immediately if there is any change to such information.     3.8 You hereby confirm that you fully understand the standards and laws, as such standards and laws relate to the Games, of the community/legal jurisdiction where you are resident.

  4. Registration

    4.1 Following registration we will request a username and password for security purposes. The password that you choose must be kept private and secure by you at all times. Failure to do so could lead to unauthorised activities on your account. Transactions made using your account username and password are accepted by us on the understanding that you are playing the Games. If an alternative source has accessed your account and we are not informed, we accept no liability for monies or information lost or misused. Only one account per person is permitted.

    4.2 You agree to be solely responsible for all use of this website or any playing of the Games through use of your account username and PIN. You are responsible for keeping all of these confidential.

    4.3 We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify your identity at any time and will be carrying out regular checks of our members. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refund to you or withhold any payment of monies from or into your account if there is manipulation of our financial system or suspicion or evidence thereof or a breach or suspected breach of any applicable law, regulation or any of these terms, in each case without providing any reason. Use of any account otherwise than in accordance with these terms or any other abuse of any account is strictly prohibited.

    4.5 We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your registration and/or account immediately and without consultation, notification or giving reasons therefore in the event that you cause to be published on, and/or send via, our website or by playing any of the Games any actual or potentially defamatory, offensive or obscene language or material or if you are in breach, or are suspected of any breach of, any applicable law or regulation or should we deem it in the best interests of Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited to do so. This applies also to your registration details and to breach by you of our privacy policy.

    4.6 It is your responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with all laws and regulations in any jurisdiction where you are located or resident and that you have complete and unrestricted legal right to use this service, and to register and participate in the Games.

    4.7 Use of the website will be closely monitored to ensure that no customer is using the site with a frequency or in a manner which might suggest that he or she is not using it for personal use (on behalf of another), and we reserve the right to withhold any monies and/or suspend and/or terminate the registration and/or account if we consider that the site is so being used.

    You acknowledge that these terms are subject to change by Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited, which reserves the right to change them at any time. Such changes shall have effect immediately upon publication on this site and you agree to be bound by them and to regularly review these terms for the purposes of monitoring such changes.   6. Copying

    6.1 Save as expressly provided in 8 below, any downloading, use or copying of Website Materials is strictly prohibited and, in particular, you agree to use the Website Materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial use and specifically not for any business, commercial or public purpose.

  7. Your account

    7.1 In order to place any wagers on any of the Games, you must open and maintain an account with us.

    7.2 Only wagers placed from accounts set up through Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited will be accepted for the Games and any winnings you make on the Games will be credited to your account. You can set up your account by either registering online, contacting customer support or by requesting a game download. You can make deposits into your account either my accessing the 'Your Account' facility when logged in as a full member on this site or by requesting a mobile phone game that is paid for via your phone bill. You can only register one credit card number with your account and no card can be registered to more than one account. You can only use your card to make deposits in the account with which it has been registered. In order to make a withdrawal you must be a Full Member. To gain Full Member status you need to login online, click on "Become a Member" and following the upgrade process or you can contact Customer Support. To make a withdrawal you can either access the 'Your Account' facility online or contact Customer Support. Customer Support can only process a cheque withdrawal request.

    7.3 Charges and proceedings may be brought against you or any other person who has manipulated, or tried to manipulate, our service, any of the Games or your or any other customer's account(s) and we reserve the right to pass on such information as we deem relevant to the relevant authorities if we become aware or suspect that you are involved in any such activities. We are not obliged to inform you of the same, nor to give any reasons for doing so. You agree to waive any and all rights you may have, at law or otherwise, of whatever nature and in whatever jurisdiction, in connection with such disclosure.

    7.4 There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can deposit in your account as follows :- Deposit by credit or debit card: each separate deposit must be at least £10 and no greater than £1,000 in any 24-hour period. You are not permitted to make more than 5 deposits per day.

    7.5 In the event that there is a charge back for whatever reason you accept and acknowledge that we will be able to suspend your account indefinitely to enable us to investigate and resolve the matter. During such period any monies due or requested will be withheld.

    7.6 The balance held in your account will not earn interest in your favour.

    7.7 You must maintain your account in order to place wagers in any of the Games. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) for any reason, and in any event you are not allowed to place a wager greater than the amount in credit in your account (after taking into account all previous wagers).

    7.8 You may instruct us to exclude you from participation in the Games on this website by sending us an e-mail to support@loveyourbingo.com with your instructions, or by calling Customer Support or by sending a registered letter to Love Your Bingo Opt Out Facility, Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited, Kington Lodge, Le Grand Val, Alderney GY9 3XD, British Channel Islands. Use of this opt-out facility will result in your account being blocked and Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited will not accept wagers from this account after confirmation that your request has been received. To reactivate your account we will require confirmation from you in writing by fax or email. All requests for self exclusion will be given a seven day "cooling off" period before accounts can be re activated. This period commences following written confirmation that your "cooling off" period has started.

    7.9 Subject to the provisions of these terms, you can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance by wire transfer (subject to the conditions set out below and after taking into account all previous wagers). There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can withdraw from your account. You may only make a maximum of 5 withdrawals from your account in any one 24 hour period. Please note the following conditions: Withdrawal by wire transfer is only available for a United Kingdom bank account: each withdrawal must be at least £20 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and no greater than £10,000 in any 24-hour period. A transfer will only be made to an account in your name and such account must not be at a branch located in any of the jurisdictions referred to at 3.1 above. Wire transfers in excess of £200 will require proof of identity to be provided. If you wish to withdraw less than the minimum amount or more than the maximum amount please contact Customer Services to arrange the withdrawal. Please note automated withdrawal conditions will apply to the first deposit bonus. You will be able to withdraw funds from your cash balance (deposits and winnings) at all times, however, you will forfeit your bingo bonus funds if you have not met the associated wager requirements specified in the terms and condition on your first deposit.

    The withdrawal screen in the My Account section will tell you how much you have currently wagered and the required total.

    If you attempt to raise a withdrawal and have not fulfilled the wager requirement for bonuses applied to your account, a message will warn you that you are about to forfeit any bonus funds. If you click 'Ok' then bingo bonus funds will be removed from your account.

    Withdrawal Methods available to you are, to some extent, determined by your deposit methods. Payment back to depositing card rules will apply where possible. For regulatory reasons, we are obliged to credit the same amount deposited from a given card back to that card where possible.

    If a withdrawal request is made for more than £1000 or over time you withdraw more than £1000, then the following information will need to be emailed to the customer support team (a) A copy of your passport or driver's licence (b) A copy of the front of the card you have registered and used on your bingo account. Please show name, last four digits and expiry date. All other details may be obscured.     7.10 Subject to the provisions of these terms, when you close your account you will be entitled to the return of all funds in it.

    7.11 If, as part of a promotional campaign or competition, we credit an amount to an account registered in your name, you can only use such amounts as wagers for playing the Games.

    7.12 To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, you accept that we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand additional documentation in the event of a security check and that we may terminate and/or suspend your registration and/or account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive such documentation. In addition, we will not register you unless you provide us with the correct documentation requested of you in order to verify your identity.

    7.13 If any of your personal account details or other financial information relevant to your account change, you must inform us immediately, as failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by your financial institution.     7.14 We reserve the right to terminate the provision of your account and gaming service at any time. In the event of such termination, any winnings in your account will be paid by cheque or other means within 60 days of such termination. Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

    7.15 In the normal course of play, players will not be charged to deposit or withdraw funds. However in the event of any suspected misuse of the deposit and withdrawal functionality, Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited reserve the absolute right to charge players a handling fee reflecting the costs of any financial transaction charges incurred as a result of an individuals players misuse of the financial functionality.

    7.16 If your account has been inactive for two years, in accordance with the Alderney Gambling Control Commission's guidelines for Unclaimed Account Balances the account will be suspended. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you for which an administrative charge will be applied. If we are unable to contact you, your account will be closed and you will forfeit the funds.

    7.17 Any bonus funds awarded may be retrieved if there is no activity on your account for a given period.

  8. Licence to Use Software

    11.1 Save in respect of claims for death or personal injury arising from Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited's negligence (a) Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited 's liability to you for any matter arising out of or in connection with your use of this website will be limited to the aggregate of the amount in your account and any winnings due to you in accordance with these terms; and (b) Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. All representations, warranties and terms (express or implied) not set out in these terms are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded and Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, have no liability to you in respect of the same.   17. Terms and Conditions of Player Bonuses

    17.1 Deposit Bonuses
