Wagering Requirements – Explained

Wagering Requirements may seem scary and complicated we've put together this simple guide which we hope will explain them for you :)

If you wish to be credited with a free Bingo Bonus that has wagering requirements, you will be shown this pop up and you will need to click Accept to receive the Bingo Bonus:



The pop up will tell you how many times you need to stake your Bingo Bonus from any winnings to
meet the requirements. As explained in the pop up, once you click Accept, any winnings will be held
in your Bonus Balance until you meet the requirements. In order to meet the requirements, you
only need to stake out of your winnings, you don't need to deposit any more of your own money.

If your balance reaches £0 before you meet the full wagering requirement, this too releases you
from the requirement. See, it's not that complicated really is it? :)

Example - You've been awarded a free £10 with a 6x Wagering Requirement

  • With your first ticket, you WIN £200 on Bingo in Cashtastic (YEY!!)
  • To meet the requirement of this Bingo Bonus you will need to stake £60 from this win on Bingo. The remaining £140 will then transfer to your Cash Balance automatically!:)
  • PLEASE NOTE – you will only need to stake the full £60 if you win BIG, otherwise, just spend the rest of your Bingo Bonus balance and you'll complete the requirements that way
  • Finally, just remember – you are only staking winnings taken from the site, NOT any more of your own money! :)

How do I check my oustanding Wagering Requirements?

Underneath the Help button at the top of your screen is this little "i" button, click on this and then
More Details:



Select a date from before you registered and ensure Bonus Status and Bonus Balance are set to
"All". When you click Submit, all the Bingo Bonus money we've given you will show. From this list,
simply click on any of the "I"s in the Awarded Bonus column and you will see any remaining
requirements to be met as well as all the ones you've completed.
